1.12.2008 Relocation to Trulben completed
The work halls at our new production sites are filling noticeably. The organizing of a controlled move to Trulben and the parallel production with a tight time schedule were a challenge for the teams involved. By the end of February, the warehouses should also be transferred to the new production site. A new software solution should make the organization between marketing, production and storage/spare parts deliveries even easier to handle in the future and should improve the service teams capacity to act by a great deal. For our customers, who often had trouble finding us due to a lack of signs, we will be making ourselves a lot more visible.
1.12.2008 Several machines are being built simultaneously
It is busy in our assembly halls. In order to keep to the increasingly short delivery times and at the same time maintain a high cost efficiency level, several machines are being built simultaneously. At the moment, these are three trolley girder cuts for the paper and leather industry, as well as an eccentric cut for use in the field of polymer.
With these machines, the customer can be guaranteed the delivery of products which have a faster, extensively automated production process while at the same time helping to reduce cost – so
Mechanical engineering at its highest achievable level.
That this is only possible with a highly qualified and motivated team goes without saying.
3.01.2008 Sensational construction times
CutTec 21 experienced and enthusiastic constructing engineers and technicians make it possible.
Despite relocation stress, Christmas rejoicing and the turn of the year, on January 2nd 2008, the first hydraulic large surface machines for the cutting of carpet tiles for slab and roller wares built in the new production hall, have left the plant in Trulben after only 3 months construction and assembly time.
Even the experts at the well-known ordering party did not think this would be possible. Our accomplished team showed what they are capable of. The patented suction system used here is, despite a much higher pulse frequency, energy saving and guarantees only a slight heating of the oil, so that an oil cooler is not needed. Another advantage is that the hydraulics oil can now go into the machine’s uprights, thereby saving place (aggregates are no longer necessary).
