Who we are

Using their holding, the New Energy AG, a small group of investors bought all the old „Schoen + Sandt Maschinenbau GmbH“, the roots of which go back 140 years, assets and business. In addition, the Hungarian production site and American subsidiary were also purchased.

A business expansion followed in September 2007 through the purchase of the former Leiner AG, a German production site near Primasens. The acquisition of patents and know-how, brought about by this purchase, became the foundation for the creation of a new product line in punching machinery to further enhance the current array of products.

Within the company, it is the job of our innovative construction team, to improve the dynamics and position accuracy of the punching process while making use of energy saving propulsion technology. Our new recruited sales team will not only increase the sales volume but also intensify proximity to the customers.
