This type allows optimum material utilization through the moveable crosshead.By the possibility to achieve a high productivity with a single cutting die, the purchasing costs for cutting tools and also the set up times will be reduced.

These machines are used preferably for medium and higher volumes up to a tool dimension of approx. 1 x 1 m. Usually these machines are equipped with an automatic feeding device and suitable for a higher degree of automation. To ensure the operation and programming of the machine also for less skilled operators, the crosshead die cutters are equipped beside of the possibility of free programming like other CNC machines, also with an automatic program generation for simple geometric shapes like circles or rectrangles. For complicated shapes we offer optionally a nesting system (cutting optimizing software), which ensures the optimizing of the cutting layouts and the programming by a separate computer.
