This special type of cutting belt system is used for crosshead die cutting machines only and requires a special cutting belt from cardboard (0,8mm) or pressboard. These cutting belts are cheaper than the normal cutting belts from fabrics, but also suitable for all kinds of materials. This type is used primarily for brittle materials such as seals, which require less penetration depth into the cutting board.
